Apple watch and the E-sim issue

Hello i just bought an apple watch series 8 cellular 45mm. I live in israel.

i made an E-sim plan with my carrier company.

the problem is when i connect any device to the bluetooth using the Apple Watch the E-sim disconnect and I don’t why.

to sum up .. if i turn on my bluetooth in the Apple Watch the E-sim disconnect.

I’ll be glad if some can explain to me what can i do
