Language in rented film

I have just rented out Avatar, which supposedly, according to the Apple TV information page is available in multiple languages. However, I when pressing rent I was forced into the option with polish dubbing. I rented, thinking I should be able to change this when watching the film, however that is not the case. Turns out this is a purely Polish dubbing version and changing the language is impossible. I now can’t get rid of this version from my library. How do I get rid of this one and then how am I able to get the original language version?

In Poland (i.e. for users with a Polish Apple ID account), this movie is currently only available as dubbed version on the iTunes Store.

Avatar (z dubbingiem) (2009) on iTunes - Apple (PL)

That is how 20th Century Fox Studios decided to supply it for this region.
