Transit Card Missing in Apple Wallet After New Phone Transfer

I recently upgraded to the 14 from the 11. I backed up my 11 onto my macbook pro using finder, and transferred that backup onto the 14. During that process; I had $50 in my apple wallet for the DC Metrocard. After the backup, I got an error saying the card didn't work and I had to try to delete it and re-add. However, the DC metro card doesn't work after you add it to an apple wallet.

The $50 is now in limbo; I can't access it on either my iphone nor transit card itself. The card is also not present in the Apple Wallet "Archive".
