I have Ventura 13.0.1 on a new MacBook Air with the M2 chip. I have found I can only use "Remind Me" for incoming emails but not for sent emails (where all the options are greyed out). Is there a way to turn it on for sent emails?

Use Remind Me to come back to emails later in Mail on Mac
Not sure how having a reminder you sent an email would be useful. But, you can always send Apple feedback.

You must work with people who always respond on time to your email requests! I think most people don't live in that world so having a reminder to follow up with that person on a certain date would be extremely helpful.
