Voicemail not working

My phone keeps pulling up the Visual Voicemail menu, even though I don't have visual voicemail. It doesn't actually indicate when I have a new voicemail. This was discovered after transferring all of my data from another phone. It originally showed voicemails from 2 years ago when I was with a different provider when I did have visual voicemail. I have tried resetting the network settings and that didn't work.

VoiceMail is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.


Voicemail, Visual Voicemail, and Voicemail transcription are available from select carriers in select countries or regions.
