My phone keeps pulling up the Visual Voicemail menu, even though I don't have visual voicemail. It doesn't actually indicate when I have a new voicemail. This was discovered after transferring all of my data from another phone. It originally showed voicemails from 2 years ago when I was with a different provider when I did have visual voicemail. I have tried resetting the network settings and that didn't work.

VoiceMail is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.

Thank you. I just tried a different SIM card and it is definitely an issue with the carrier. They made me swap SIM cards when I got a new phone, but a Sim on a different plan worked fine.
Tried my Sim Card on a different phone and voicemail worked fine on it, so it’s definitely something that happened in the data transfer from one phone to another. I may have to do a full reset.
