It's an obvious scam. Don't follow the link. Delete it with confidence.

That means someone has gotten your phone number and the county code is from 61 and is trying to get you to use WhatsApp. If you recoginize the number, it is a contact in your contacts...they can do this.. IF not, block the number immediately.
