Apple TV upload apps

Hi, I have a non-smart Samsung tv. If I hook it up with Apple TV, will I be able to download apps such as ABC iView and others

There is an ABC iview app for Apple TV (4th generation or later) with software tvOS 14 or later, for users in Australia. The Apple TV box has an on-device App Store for installing apps of your choice.

the appletv box just needs a display with a hdmi port it bypass anything "smart" about tv's it would work on a computer monitor really

if you are able to install an ABC IView if they make an appletv app and have it available in your region
