How to change phone number on hacked phone and lost Apple ID?

I clicked on a message on my phone and accidentally entered my Apple ID and so I got hacked and lost my Apple ID. I can't sign in and I can't sign out or even change the password for that Apple ID. Because each time, the phone will notify that phone number verification is required to be able to access Apple ID. But since my phone number has been changed, I can't do anything. How do I do ? Will taking it to the nearest Apple store where I live can I change the phone number of the Apple Id that I use?
