Crucial problem in whatsapp

I'm experiencing a crucial problem in whatsapp messenger.

The app crashes, and can't open it.

It's like that for more than a month, I deleted the app totally and was ok for a week, then again and can't open it now.

I can get messages and reply and also to open whatssap web and everyhing is ok there, but can't open the app.

My ios version, whatsapp version are up to date.

I also thought the problem is in specifc iCloud backup, so when it was fine I deleted the the app and then backed the whatsapp again with new iCloud backup, but now still does not work.

I have enough storage in my phone and in iCloud.
