For like 6 months my phone has been randomly shutting off onto the loading screen and then taking 1-3 mins to turn back to normal. Almost always after this happens all of the apps on my screen disappear. There literally is no fix to it. I also can't delete any pictures from my phone when this happens to try to clear space.

2. Tap an app's name for more information about its storage. Cached data and temporary data might not be counted as usage.
