Esim

I reset my iPhone and erased my esim by accident. I call my provider and they advised me to contact apple because they wasn’t sure how to fix the problem.

If you have reset your eSIM, there is no more eSIM contents, which means you will need to scan your original QR code again, or click the carrier-provided eSIM link again, or receive another QR code from your carrier via the carrier’s app, or re-enter the eSIM again manually. Once reset, you’re basically setting up the carrier plan again.
