If you have reset your eSIM, there is no more eSIM contents, which means you will need to scan your original QR code again, or click the carrier-provided eSIM link again, or receive another QR code from your carrier via the carrier’s app, or re-enter the eSIM again manually. Once reset, you’re basically setting up the carrier plan again.

Your provider would need to set your sim back on the iPhone or provide a mechanism such as a QR code for you to set it up.

Only they can do this. Apple cannot restore the eSim for you.
