Settings icon - iPhone SE
I have a new iPhone SE. No Settings app on home screen. Following suggestions from the community I searched the App Library. No Setting app there either. How can I restore Settings?

The Settings App, cannot be deleted from an iPhone, it cannot even be restricted.
It must be there somewhere, either in a Home Screen or in the App Library. A search for "Settings" should bring it up.
The icon is a great gear.
