Using a temporary iPhone

My phone came back from the repair shop unrepaired. For 8 months i have been using a phone with very little storage. My main phone had not been backed up in a while. This temporary phone has eight months of content that i need. My old phone is repaired. How can i get the contents off this phone and get them on my old phone without wiping out contents on that phone? Thank you!
