Deleted text messages still showing up with timestamp in order of receipt instead of being deleted and going back down the list of messages. How do I fix this or is it going to take another update to fix that bug?
this happens on my phone. I delete a message the message itself is deleted; however, the time stamp is still there showing I had a message there. Why is this so hard for Apple to fix? It’s been ongoing
I remember the iOS 8 and it happened again after that with another later version… it is super annoying!
Yes, it was finally fixed in like iOS 11.4 or something. They probably screwed this up with the code for recently deleted. Even deleting them from recently deleted doesn’t work.
I submitted feedback. They don’t want to admit they screwed it up or they can’t figure out how to do it with the new features.

seems when customers get squeaky they might fix the wheel…

No…. People need to keep complaining to them. They just had another update to 16.3.1 and it didn’t fix anything. It’s a joke…!
