my phone will not turn on

I woke up this morning and my phone will not turn on, I just got this phone about a month ago. I tried plugging it in and I also tried the hard reset. I plugged it into my computer(what I'm using now) and there is no response. usually it'll say "can I trust this iPhone" but nothing comes up.
