What will Fix this issue?
I am able to go through many processes to eventually get the iPhone to ring again.
But ever so often, it will only show an Alert that I missed a call, and that number.
I never know exactly What was the Key Fix, when I get it working properly again.
Does anyone have an exact sequence I should use?

To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.
4 Delete the app, then redownload it
Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.

Thanks for your answer. I will keep your instructions for future reference. Currently, my iPhone is working as expected on that Magic Jack app. After my last multitasking which I’m uncertain as to which corrected the problem.

The answer here does work to get my Magic Jack app on my iPhone to ring again.
However, it only works for one day. The following day, I have to repeat that procedure again to get the iPhone’s Magic Jack app to ring again.
So, can anyone suggest any additional process to maintain the Magic Jack app ringing on my iPhone?

Magic Jack App does not ring on iPhone anymore. Only Notifications show as Missed Call.
