IPad Taskbar.

How do i remove the photos ikon from the taskbar?

A minus sign appears in the upper left corner of the icon. I just touched thar corner and gone! Previously, I had tried to drag the whole icon off the screen and, of course, That never worked.

You can touch and hold until the apps starting wiggling and drag it or you can touch and hold and then tap Edit Home Screen and then drag it. Also see: Move apps and create folders on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
