Hello, I am an owner a MacBook Pro 16" 2021, with M1 Max.
I have a question, how I can update my recovery partition on to MacOS Ventura, to reinstall system (with full wipe) without update from MacOS 12 -> MacOS 13, but make fresh reinstall (and recovery boot partition) with last MacOS Ventura 13.1?
This feature was available until MacOS 10.12 I guess, but I wold like to find some way, to update recovery bootable on newest Macs.

FWIW, it sounds like you're asking if you can update the recovery partition to Ventura without actually upgrading to Ventura. If that's what you're asking. You can't. Not sure why anyone would want to. If you mean something else, please explain.

As far as I know, if you use this method to erase, it should keep the Ventura recovery option.
I already have MacOS Ventura 13.1, but also, I would like to update my recovery partition, to recovery to Ventura in future.
Now if I will start recovery, it can install only macOS Monterey 12.
But here is nothing about update recovery partition.
If you install Ventura, the recovery partition will be updated with it.
No, it is wrong answer. If I start recovery, it install Monterey.
When you select "About This Mac" from the Apple menu, what version of macOS does it say?

Then something is wrong. When I enter Recovery Mode on my Macs running Ventura, it asks if I want to reinstall Ventura. To be honest I don't know why yours doesn't. Maybe someone does.
If I would like to reinstall (without Wipe) - it is works.
But after wiping device, it install only first version after selling.
