How to make sure none of my deleted files on my Macbook SSD are recoverable?

I want to sell a somewhat older MacBook (2019) that I have, but I want to make sure none of the deleted files are recoverable. This mac book uses an SSD with trim enabled. Not sure if simply deleting the file and emptying the trash can is enough. What else should I do to prevent any chance of deleted files being recovered?

Within a few seconds after you empty the Trash on an SSD drive with TRIM enabled, the blocks containing your data are clumped together into superblocks, bulk-erased, and their block numbers are deleted.

Your data are gone.
