Is it possible to get a refund?

Ive been playing a game that iOS offered and have spent money on for past 3 years. I started playing with some old friends and we've suffered harassment and threats in person life.

Now to move off kingdom away from harassment the game are trying to extort money from some accounts so that I may get away from harassment.

Is it possible to get a full refund from iOS as the app is available in their App Store and clearly breaks their gaming rules.
