How to remove Apple ID suggestions

I don’t plan on increasing my storage ever and want these annoying prompts to go away. Every time I remove them they come back within the day. Seeing the red icon bugs me incessantly

I doubt that is something that can be removed. I have not seen anything in Settings that would remove it.

Turn off APP STORE Suggestions Dear Apple, First off, a suggestion tab is nothing new, and I’m not against it if it does offer me suggestions I’m interested in. However the App Store suggestions tab doesn’t do that.
