Does green text on iPhone mean blocked?

A week or so ago I noticed that my girlfriend’s texts I was sending her from my iPhone to hers turned blue to green with a “sent as text message”. Does this mean I’m blocked? I can’t FaceTime her as it keeps ringing and when I call her cell, I get one ring and her answering machine kicks in. I was talking to her sister one day and she said she has been texting with my gf as well as calling her on the phone. I was told by some Apple reps that if one was blocked from one iPhone to another, the texts would remain blue with no indication of it being delivered.

If she blocked you, you will never know and the green bubbles do NOT suggest anything other than the messages are being sent to her as SMS/MMS. If you have relationship issues, that's outside the scope of this forum.

Make a regular cell phone call. However, if she doesn’t answer any of your attempts through any means, that may be telling you something.

May be her imessage and face time is toggle OFF or signed out. She may not get connected to data when your texted or ringed in Facetime.

So that your imessage sent as text.

No. If you read one of my replies above, her sister is able to send texts with a blue bubble to her and having no problems. The only thing is that my gf hasn’t replied much back to her sister.

We cannot guess what settings your GF has set for your contact. You'll need to get with her to determine what the issue may be.

You will not know if you are blocked or not unless you can ask your girlfriend (assuming she tells you the truth).
