How to reset my forgotten passcode, device is not recognized by my apple ID

Hi all, recently I got a new iphone 11 from my cell phone company, it was unlock but when I started it, ask me to upload my face ID which I did. Then It ask for 6 digit passcode which is also I enter but unfortunately I forgot this number. Now this phone always asking for passcode and I dont get any option for face ID. what should I do now? I tried with Itunes, but This device is not in my device lists.
