Why can't I charge my iPad in winter? Is it that the temperature is low and it still a problem?

Apple recommends that you keep the device within acceptable operating temperatures for it to charge.

Temperature issue while charging Do you people facing any issue while charging your iPhone after the last update of iOS. It shows charging will restart once the iPhone come to normal temperature.
