iPhone 14 Plus- manufacturer defect?

I recently bought iPhone 14 Plus and it hangs every 2 mins and then reboots. I cannot even get it to backup data to another phone. What can I do?

iPhone 14 Pro Max Lagging while opening, switching to home and to other apps. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max, and I recently bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max for my wife. As a result, I received her old iPhone 14 Pro Max, which I reset. Afterward, I transferred all the data from my iPhone 13 Pro Max to the iPhone 14 Pro Max. However, there was a slight hiccup because the iPhone 14 Pro Max was running iOS 16, while my 13 Pro Max was on iOS 17. To proceed, I had to update the iPhone 14 Pro Max. My first attempt at updating during the data transfer process didn't go smoothly. The phone remained on the update screen for two hours without any progress. Consequently, I decided to configure it as a new iPhone, update it separately, reset it again, and then initiate the transfer process once more. After successfully updating the iPhone 14 Pro Max and transferring all the data, I noticed a significant decrease in performance compared to my 13 Pro Max. The 14 Pro Max experienced screen freezing and lagging when opening and switching between apps. I tried restarting it multiple times and even performed a force restart, but the issues persisted. Interestingly, my FaceTime also exhibited severe lag on the iPhone 14 Pro Max, while my iPhone 13 Pro Max, with the same data, continued to run smoothly. It's worth noting that the iPhone 14 Pro Max has a larger storage capacity (256GB) compared to the 128GB of my iPhone 13 Pro Max. What steps can I take to resolve this lag issue and improve the performance of my iPhone 14 Pro Max?

I would recommend either contacting Apple Support via the link bellow. Or visiting your local Apple Store would be just as good if not better.
