iPhone XsMax is hanging and restrating. showing panicfull log no successful checkins from springboard or mediaservered

I an facing issue from month. i have update it to 16.3 but still facing issue. I cannot backup on iCloud or Pc. If this is software issue or hardware? Should I factory rest or not? Please some one help me to figure it out. I am tired of hard resetting. Battery health is 84%. and space it 80 Gb free

Thanks for providing the details behind the issue. I believe that battery health is the driver of the issues that you are facing. Apple recommends that the battery should be replaced once the battery health reaches 80%. You have an iPhone XS Max and it probably still has the original battery and 84% battery health is close enough to 80% to replace given its age. On average, the battery should last a little over 2 years before reaching 80%.

I recommend that you get the battery replaced at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center. They will also run diagnostics to ensure that the battery needs replacement.

Actually there is no apple Authorized store or service center. I think its software issue because it works fine for some time. after hard rest. It also not showing system storage, loading progress indicator showing which indicate that some thing make processor stop. I think so. There are many others logs related to every application which I use for some time.
