Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.


From your description, it sounds like some sort of malware may be installed. Running the free version of Malwarebytes may be able to find it and delete it: Malwarebytes Cyber Security for Home & Business.


We'd also advise updating to macOS 13.1 so you can have the most current security updates installed. Here's how to Update macOS on Mac.


If the issue continues after these steps, you'll want to contact Apple Support for a deeper dive.
