I try to restore my Mac from a time machine backup. The process stops after about 60% done and I get the mesage "The files couldn't be restored". Tried it several times. Not working. Any suggestions? Anybody has had the same issues? Thanks for helping. Cheers

I already erased (formatted) the SSD of the new (used) Mac. I only wanted to restore the time machine backup of my old Mac to my new Mac
Did you try to repair the TM drive?
