ge center has an annoying habit of logging in automatically, even if I have signed out. How can I stop this? I don’t want Game Center and it’s annoying pop ups. How can I totally, permanently disable it and stop it from logging in when I so not want it?
this seems to be a mage old problem apple does nothing to solve.

this has been happening for a long time - a year or more. Have restarted many times. I am on 15.6.1 but this has happened over multiple updates. I think it happens when I do an update or maybe other IOS changes. I log out of Game Center again, and at a later time it just logs me back in without me going anywhere near the Game Center settings or login.
I also keep getting the “welcome to Game Center” pop ups over and over again even though I keep logging out of Game Center. that also happens on my iPad and I see years and years of complaints about that.
it seems Game Center is designed to be intrusive. Is there a way to just disable or uninstall it?

Game Center was already disabled in iCloud. And currently logged off.
if it happens again I will try apple support.
