I received strange emails from my @icloud email address that I didn’t send. Is my e-mail hacked? And what can I do to secure my accounts?

It appears that you've had the opportunity to review: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised. If you're concerned that an unauthorized person might have access to your Apple ID, that resource has the best steps to take in order to gain control of your account.
