My old Visa was hacked and I have a new one. I fixed the billing problem with my Apple TV account to pay. I can’t find my subscription. I add my new card but there’s no subscription. Btw: I hope my credit isn’t going to be affected for my mistake.

and if it fails for some reason then read
If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If it was a few days without valid payment method, then Apple may try to charge again, and continue as usual.
If it took longer, the the subscription may have expired, and then you would have to re-subscribe.
