your purchase could not be completed

It may be that the value of a purchas exceeds the balance in my card, Then I tried to recharge later again, the system will show that my card has failed I recharged 30 dollars into my apple balance, but the 30 dollars seem can't be used. My card shows that Apple has charged 0 dollars many times, I guess there's some purchase that haven't been done.


I need Apple to cancel these purchases that I tried later but didn't work, and then allow me to use the $30 in Apple balance to top up asap.

Check again after a few days.

If you update your payment method or add funds to your Apple ID balance, It would take about 1 to 3 business days in order to process.

If you're still unable to update your payment method, Contact Apple Support.
