Can’t purchase anything on Apple tv on ps5

when I try to purchase something on my ps5 through the Apple tv app it says “continue on your phone app or tablet where you will be redirected”

This is beyond frustrating as there is no logical reason for it to not be working

I do not get redirected and nothing happens

when I press continue, it says it hasn’t worked and to try again in a moment.

very unhelpful and stupid

NFL + Premium not working on apple tv 4k I am a subscriber to the $79.99 NFl + Premium plan and it has recently stopped working on my Apple TV 4k. When you try to click on an old game to watch it directs me to a screen to purchase NFL + and Premium. On this screen it acknowledges my current plan is the $79.99 plan but nothing associated with that plan will play. I have tried logging out of the app and logging back in. I have also tried deleting the app and re-installing it and logging in again and even attempted to restore purchase. Also I have given the apple tv 4k multiple power cycles while trying all of this. After resetting my password on the mobile app my account will play all of the content on my phone but it is not working on the apple tv 4k. Can someone help me fix this? Parmount + not recognized on Apple TV I am able to log into Parmount+ on their site and my Walmart subscription is recognized; however, when I go to the Apple TV app, it wants me to subscribe. If I delete the app, can I restall Parmount + would this fix the problem. Help!

Apple TV search bar cannot edit Until recently, the search function was working fine. Within the last week or so, when using the search bar (as in Youtube) starting a search works fine, but if I need to edit or add to the search, I can’t get back to the search text and have to start over from scratch. Is it just my Apple TV or is anyone else having this problem?

Do you have an Apple ID account fully functional on any other device (e.g. iPhone)? Possibly your Apple ID account needs additional steps to make purchases possible. Especially possible when this is for a new account.
