When should I charge my Apple Watch SE 2022?
I have just got my first Apple Watch and was wondering when is best to charge it.

I use mine as a night stand clock so all night every night is the best plan for me and most people to preserve battery capacity/health.
It may also invoke "optimised charging" if it sees you doing a regular overnight charge.
However if you need to give it a boost charge any time of the day then that is fine too. There are too many myths about battery charging and basically you can't do any damage whatever you do with charging, just try not to drain the battery to zero.
