Remove icloud from Windows 11 on Parallels

iCloud keeps reappearing even after deleting all trace of it.

  1. I installed icloud on Windows, but then realised I din't want it.
  2. I deleted the icloud app and iCloud Outlook within Windows.
  3. I deleted the icloud app (I had three copies!) from Applications (Parallels) within Mac Finder.
  4. I removed the virtual PC from Mac iCloud.
  5. I restart Windows and the app reappears, along with three copies of iCloud.app in the Applications (Parallels) folder.

This is beyond frustrating!
