Adding songs to an existing playlist

How can one add songs to a specific and existing playlist on Apple Music?

when I try I only have access to limited playlists in no particular order. The application doesn’t allow me to see all my playlists moreover it simply wants me to create a brand new playlist. This is not my objective!

any thoughts?
