My iPhone 14 Pro will only send messages to other Apple products. I cannot send to groups that have android or individual android users.

Hi billfromtemple,

Welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community.

Re: My iPhone 14 Pro will only send messages to other Apple products

Seems messages to Android users often must send by cellular (ie: may need a cellular data plan), rather than wi-fi.

You may just need to allow Messages to use cellular data as well as wi-fi

OR

You may need to check iwith your carrier whether your cellular plan allows for cellular data, for when wi-fi is not available.

Eg: To turn cellular data on or off, go to Settings, then tap Cellular or Mobile Data

So here's all the info. on Cellular Settings:

View or change cellular data settings on iPhone – Apple Support

What is the difference between iMessage and SMS/MMS? – Apple Support

Another article: Set up Messages on iPhone – Apple Support

says:

"Texts you send and receive using iMessage don’t count against your SMS/MMS allowances in your cellular messaging plan, but cellular data rates may apply."

About Group Messages, and sending via cellular to include Android users:

Send a group text message on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch – Apple Support

Hope this helps :-)
