How to Find/Search for the Largest Videos/Attachments on iphone. (12 Pro-Max)

As iphones reached full capacity, Apple USED to have recommendations like reviewing your LARGEST attachments (aka BIG videos in the Photos App, and BIG videos sent to you in messages) BUT, now Apple's recommendation is JUST to upload it all to icloud.

YEA, I'll do that. But before I fill up icloud, I STILL want to delete big Videos.

Anyone know a way to get this option back, or to find the biggest Videos using just your iphone? I don't want to upload to a computer first. Always had issues with that. I use iphones/ipads, but PC computers.

(Running iOS 15.6.1 ...may update to 16.2)
