Files app not downloading my photo downloads

Hi, so I have been downloading pictures from a google drive file to get the clearest quality instead of screenshotting and it has been working well until this happened. I had not realized that they weren’t downloading correctly until I finished downloading all 200, the downloads started to show a safari icon in the files app and show 0%.. I tried to open them but there is no photo to open and it says Zero KB.. It was fine for the first half and then the rest was unavailable.. Is there any way to solve this without re-downloading them one by one again?
