My phone won’t wake up. Screen is black.

I plugged my phone into the charger last night. It had about 50% battery. This morning I unplugged it and it won’t wake up. The screen is black and does not respond to any buttons. I haven’t been having any trouble with it. It’s a 13.

Try and force restart your iPhone to see if the problem persists


  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
