1. From Settings > Bluetooth on your iPhone, toggle Bluetooth off and then back on again. Repair to the car stereo.

2. Restart your car stereo.

3. Test your iPhone while connected to another Bluetooth accessory, such as a headset.

4. If possible, test the car stereo with another phone.

If the issue happens with another phone connected to the car stereo, contact the stereo manufacturer, or car dealership for help. The stereo may need a firmware update.
