Help syncing music from desktop

Normally, when hook up IPhone I choose music and the box titled Sync Music and you choose all or selected songs. Instead, I get a box titled ICloud Music Library is on. Your phone can access your ICloud Music Library. Songs can be downloaded and played via Wi-Fi or a cellular network. Then it has a box to check that says sync music videos.

How do I get my sync songs box back?
