Not able to login to App Store

I have recently got a new mac mini and I am not able to log in to the app store, even though I can use the same credentials to login using apple id on the website, etc.


I have few essential softwares like Logic Pro and need to install them urgently. Please help!


Have even tried restarting the system, logging into music and podcasts also gives the same error.


OS: Ventura 13.0

Mac mini 2018 or later

Learn what to do if you see a "Cannot connect" message, if an app won't load anything, or if content stops downloading: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support.
