Apple music unknown error -16913

I am trying to play a new song but this error keep popping up.

The song is not grey out and Apple music can allow me get into the lyrics page.

I can also access the song MV.

It just won’t let me play the song itself…

I have followed previous post methods by hard reset of my phone but it didn’t work…. This error keeps coming back.

If it’s downloaded, delete and download again. If it’s not downloaded, download and delete.
