Apple weird popup

every time I open safari I get this weird looking website "apple-teams.net", saying I got my Mac infected by some virus or malware, it just looked off to me. This is a scam website right?

That is fake, possibly malicious, pop-up. First, force quit Safari: How to force an app to quit on your Mac - Apple Support. Next, Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac - Apple Support and Change your homepage in Safari on Mac - Apple Support to https://www.apple.com/startpage/. Finally, run a scan with Malwarebytes for Mac.

Also, go to Safari > Preferences > Extensions, and delete any shown.
