My iPhone 13 Pro Max, in settings for the camera it says unknown parts. I hadn’t replaced my camera, it’s works fine. Why is it showing this notification?

Are you the original buyer of this iPhone, which you purchased brand new? If you are, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and let Apple test the phone. If you purchased a used iPhone however, the previous owner could have replaced parts with unauthentic parts.
