Apple Wallet

I’m trying to use Brian Kemp’s assistance funds with my Apple wallets but it’s asking for a PIN. Where do I find it?

It sounds like you are trying to add a prepaid card to Apple Wallet and it is asking for a PIN. The PIN for a prepaid card is usually provided by the issuer of the card when the card is activated or when you first receive it. If you do not have the PIN, you may need to contact the issuer of the card to request it.

If you have the PIN and are still having trouble adding the prepaid card to Apple Wallet, there are a few things you can try:

  1. Make sure that your device is running the latest version of iOS. You can check for updates by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
  2. Make sure that you're signed in to iCloud and that you have a valid payment method associated with your Apple ID. You can check this by going to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud and looking under the "Payment & Shipping" section.
  3. Try adding the card again. Sometimes, the process can fail due to temporary connectivity issues or other technical problems. If you're still having trouble after trying the steps above, you may want to try restarting your device and then attempting to add the card again.

If you've tried all of these steps and are still having trouble adding the prepaid card to Apple Wallet, you may want to contact Apple Support for further assistance.
