Ongoing glitches with Iphone 13 on chat screens, whatsapp/whatsapp business and google search bar hidden on safari

I’ve had an ongoing problem with my iphone since launching esim, whatsapp and whatsapp business on separate cellular lines.

The Iphone has NO hardware or diagnostic issues as tests were run by senior support technicians.

a software issue was therefore suggested to be the problem so the phone was backed up and restored to factory

however, the problem still exists

Whatsapp chat screens expand and user interactions are delayed especially since flipping between both whatsapp and whatsapp business frequently - a pain in the butt if you opted for Iphone over android for business use

the chat screens expand without showing most recent text and also when you flip to landscape the screen is disruptive and freezes

google search on safari only shows half the screen and does not show the search bar when you type on the keyboard

the camera screen also disrupts to half black and half operative when turned to landscape

iOS is up to date

all apps are up to date

i will no longer accept technicians telling me that to try other things and it annoys me they wont offer replacements and rather use user experiences for their own RnD with no consideration for end user experience!

very bad on apple side

i even had one support technician tell me “well, you should have told us earlier”
