Unable to Activate Cellular Service on Apple Watch SE (1st Gen)

I am unable to add my daughter’s new Apple Watch SE (1st Gen) to my US Cellular plan via Family Share. The watch pairs easily to my iPhone 12, but I repeatedly receive a connection error notice upon accepting the terms/conditions of the cellular setup prompt. The watch works flawlessly on WiFi, but it was purchased solely for the fact that she would have her own cellular connection. Frustration level is high, as I’ve been dealing with this issue for nearly a week.

Thanks!

Have you validated you meet ALL of the requirements to use Family Setup of your daughter's Apple Watch? --> Set up Apple Watch for a family member - Apple Support

If yes, then you need to get help from your carrier, which you mention is US Cellular.

Yes, all Family Sharing requirements have been met. I have logged countless hours with US Cellular’s Technical Support this week, but yet to no avail. Today I brought the phone/watch to my local US Cellular store, and they verified the process/devices are appropriate. I’m thinking it may be easier at this point to simply change carriers, as my daughter’s X-Mas watch is now essentially useless w/out cellular connectivity.
