John 3 Wick is not in 4K on Apple TV

I bought John Wick chapter 3 a few months ago, on my iPhone, iPad it is in 4K but on my new Apple TV 4K it is only in SD, I bought it directly on Apple TV my other John wick movies are in 4K, what can I do to have it in 4K?, I already tried to put a request in report a problem at apple but my list of movies stop at June I can’t go more than that can I delete it and buy it again?
